Hotel staff was great, especially the parking staff, always trying their best to make your day go smoothly. O quarto estava limpo, mas muito desatualizado. With that said, there was nothing wrong with it and I was very comfortable for my entire stay. A equipe de limpeza fez o meu quarto diariamente e eles fizeram um excelente trabalho bem. As far as location, it's very close to the Buckhead mall, and some of the office buildings there, so it was convenient for sure. Eu ficaria lá novamente com certeza. O estacionamento é de 32 por dia, FYI.

Pro: limpe grandes salas Contras: você tem que pagar $ 25 toda vez que você sair do deck de estacionamento como se os quartos não fossem caros o suficiente.

Este hotel não estava limpo, o lixo estava nivelado no chão, um sem-teto tomava banho completo no banheiro do saguão, a arrumação estava limpando bem os quartos, começo a coceira no segundo dia lá na cama e na sexta noite da minha Fiquei mordido por alguns percevejos. Um dos deficientes físicos que trabalha na recepção era muito rude e desagradável e sempre tentava flertar com as mulheres e se você tivesse uma reclamação sobre a sua casa ele não ignorava ou simplesmente desligava e não atendia quando você ligava ele de volta na recepção. Lamentei ter ficado lá por cinco noites.

Chegou ao hotel e havia apenas um agente de hóspedes no balcão para verificar as pessoas ao meio-dia ... todos fazem check-in por volta do meio-dia nos hotéis por que uma propriedade tão grande teria apenas um agente no balcão ... após o check-in e recebimento de meu chave do quarto Não me falaram nada sobre o estacionamento ridículo, que custa basicamente US $ 20 cada vez que você sai do hotel, a propriedade nem mesmo tem estacionamento próprio ... Solicitei toalhas e me disseram que não tinham. no momento e prob não teria nenhuma toalha limpa para a noite ... os agentes de serviços ao cliente não eram bem informados e eles eram muito lentos com cada processo na recepção. Tive um problema de manutenção, relatei-o e nenhuma manutenção chegouNão sou um cliente difícil ou zangado e tenho me hospedado em hotéis Hilton desde sempre, especialmente em Buckhead, e esta foi a pior experiência de hotel de todos os tempos, se você tiver que ficar pelo menos no pátio do outro lado da rua

No geral, eu diria que este lugar é muito bom! Os quartos são muito limpos e os funcionários são simpáticos. Arrived at the hotel and there was only one guest agent at the desk checking people in at noon...everyone checks in around noon at hotels why would such a large property only have one agent at the desk..after checking in and receiving my room key I wasn’t told anything about the ridiculous parking which is basically $20 each time you leave the hotel, the property doesn’t even have it own parking lot....I requested towels and was told they didn’t have any at the moment and prob wouldn’t have any clean towels for the night...the guest services agents were not knowledgeable and they were very slow with each process at the front desk.I had a maintenance issue and reported it and no maintenance ever arrivedI am not a difficult or angry customer and have been staying at Hilton hotels forever especially in buckhead and this was the worst hotel experience ever please if u have to stay at least at the courtyard across the street

The Stay Was Amazing And At A Really Good Price for the Location Everything was amazing The Service And Everything. ONLY PRPBLEM I ENCOUNTERED WAS PARKING!!!! THE PARKING DECK CHARGES YOU TO LEAVE AND THE PRICES RANGE DIFFERENTLY EVERYTIME YOU LEAVE WHICH I THINK IS CRAZY!

Staff! Entirely respectful and kind! Staff staff staff all the way, there's a gentleman who everyday i pass the front desk..named Eric who obviously works non stop, hes SUCH a great person, goes above and beyond! I could not of been more pleased, I had been through he$%, and was treated with the utmost respect and grace, there was even one night I didn't feel good to make it to the front desk to repay, they showed me class and waited with no interruptions, I will always recommend this hotel, VERY VERY decent people! Beds are comfy too btw lol

This hotel was not clean, trash was level on a floor, a homeless man was taking a full bath in the bathroom in the Lobby area, housekeeping was cleaning rooms well, I start itching the second day there in bed and the sixth night of my stay i got bitten by a couple bed bugs. One of the handicap workers who works front desk he was very rude and nasty and he always was trying to flirt with the women and if you had a complaint concerning your home he wouldn't ignore it or simply hang up and not answer when you called him back at the front desk. I regretted that I stayed there for five nights.

Overall I’d say this place is really nice! The rooms are really clean and the staff there is nice. The hotel is in Buckhead so you definitely can’t go wrong with that, it’s a great location. The parking is not the best. They have a separate parking deck that’s not part of the hotel so you have to walk to the parking deck from the hotel on the outside versus being able to access the parking deck from hotel elevators. Apart from that, it’s a great hotel and I would recommend it!

The Hilton Garden Inn was clean, quiet and convenient. The staff were exceptionally gracious and kind. Eric greeted me each evening with a kind word and a welcoming smile behind his mask.

The hotel was very proactive in their safety precautions. The renovations are great and the beds amazing. I miss the cookies though. My only complaint is that it was a little too noisy! Staff is great!

With that said, there was nothing wrong with it and I was very comfortable for my entire stay. The cleaning staff made my room daily and they did a great job as well. As far as location, it's very close to the Buckhead mall, and some of the office buildings there, so it was convenient for sure. I'd stay there again for sure. Parking is 32 per day, FYI.

The hotel is looking like giving rundown service, you can probably fine clean room at old hotel that is not Hilton. Also there were excuse of every thing that they don’t have funding for water heater...
