“This is great. From the moment you walk into the hotel to the moment you check out, you will feel the warmth and receive excellent customer service. The rooms are very accommodating, the breakfast is delicious, and the lounge areas are perfect.”

“Horrible horrible. Extremely hot rooms with broken temperature controls. Moved to three different rooms between fifth and sixth floors. All three rooms were hot and would not cool down, with broken temperature controls. Long blonde hairs in the beds, food inside the pullout sofa bed, closet mirror door broken, no ironing board available in the room, cockroaches all over the parking lot. Room phones not working. Front desk clerk Andrea was very rude and not accommodating. There was no manager on duty. I do not recommend staying here.”
