Esta é a segunda vez que fico aqui e não poderia estar mais satisfeito. Os quartos são incrivelmente limpos, a equipe é incrível e a localização é perfeita. Pequeno-almoço continental gratuito nos fins de semana 7-11. Que é um café da manhã incrível! 🤤 Definitivamente ficarei aqui na próxima vez que estivermos na cidade a trabalho. Mantenha o trabalho incrível com o nível de limpeza! 💯Ps: 📣 mensagem especial para mr nizam, Ivan, Justin e Porsche. Eles realmente foram acima e além para garantir que fomos atendidos durante a nossa estadia.

This is my second time staying here and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. The rooms are amazingly clean, the staff is awesome, and the location is perfect. Continental free breakfast on weekends 7-11. Which is an amazing breakfast! 🤤 Will definitely be staying here next time we’re in town for work. Keep up the awesome work with the level of cleanliness! 💯Ps: 📣 special shout out to mr nizam, Ivan, Justin, and Porsche. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of during our stay.

This is great. From the moment you walk into the hotel to the moment you check out, you will feel the warmth and receive excellent customer service. The rooms are very accommodating, the breakfast is delicious, and the lounge areas are perfect.

Hotel bom, limpo e com funcionários simpáticos. Tive alguns problemas com o AC que o gerente da recepção ajudou a resolver. O quarto era limpo (embora os lençóis eram um pouco duvidosos). O restaurante também é muito bom com funcionários muito simpáticos. Não pode errar!

Good, clean hotel with nice staff. Had a couple of issues with the AC that the front desk manager helped solve. The room was clean (although the sheets were a bit iffy). The restaurant is good too with very nice staff. Can't get wrong!

O serviço aqui é incrível! Todos são simpáticos e muito prestativos. Sheila - é uma senhora incrível, ela é gentil, atenciosa e está pronta para tornar sua estadia excepcional. Ivan - é uma adição maravilhosa ao hotel, se você tiver um problema, ele fará o possível para corrigir. Samantha - é uma menina doce e ela está sempre sorrindo. Ali - também é maravilhoso, ele garante que os hóspedes sejam atendidos. A nice hotel in a not so nice part of town. Great breakfast options. The rooms themselves seem a bit underwhelming. Beautiful lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

The service here is amazing! Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Sheila - is an amazing lady, she's kind, considerate and is ready to make your stay exceptional. Ivan - is a wonderful addition to the hotel, if you have a problem he will do his best to make it right. Samantha - is a sweet girl and she's always smiling. Ali - is also wonderful, he makes sure the guest are taken care of. Sam - is an awesome manager Edgar and all the restaurant staff are amazing. Thank you for making my stay memorable!

Excelente equipe aqui que foi tão útil. Mas o quarto precisava de alguns cuidados. Eu tinha que limpar o vazamento de água do chuveiro todos os dias. Também gostaria que o quarto tivesse uma mistura de travesseiros macios e duros em vez de apenas macios. Fora isso, gostei do café da manhã e da comodidade desta localização.

O ar condicionado não estava funcionando corretamente. Ele também não exibia a temperatura atual, então estou especulando que era aproximadamente 80 graus na sala. Sem internet. Sem saídas USB Receptáculos defeituosos na luminária. Piso do chuveiro extremamente escorregadio. Funcionários apáticos da recepção. Atendimento geral ruim ao cliente. Fiquei bastante chocado por ter ficado em tantos hotéis e estava nesta condição.Sinceramente Membro Diamante……

The air conditioner was not working properly. It also did not display the current temperature so I am speculating that is was roughly 80 degrees in the room. No internet. No USB outlets Faulty receptacles on the light fixture. Extremely slippery shower floor. Apathetic front desk staff. Overall bad customer service. I was pretty shocked being that I have stayed in so many hotels and it was in this condition.Sincerely Diamond member……

Great staff here that were so helpful. But room needed some care. I had to mop up water leak from shower each day. Also wish the room had a mix of soft and hard pillows instead of just soft. Other than that, enjoyed the breakfast and the convenience of this location.

Horrível horrível. Salas extremamente quentes com controles de temperatura quebrados. Mudou-se para três salas diferentes entre o quinto e o sexto andares. Todos os três quartos estavam quentes e não resfriavam, com controles de temperatura quebrados. Longos cabelos loiros nas camas, comida dentro do sofá-cama, porta do espelho do armário quebrada, sem tábua de passar roupa disponível no quarto, baratas por todo o estacionamento. Telefones dos quartos não funcionam. Recepcionista Andrea foi muito rude e não com capacidade. Não havia gerente de plantão. Eu não recomendo ficar aqui.

Excelente hotel, y las cenas deliciosas. Si estas ahi por negocio, te recomiendo las alitas, el hummus, salmon o un corte de carne, en las mañanas puedes tener el ommelet, huevo, o desayuno continental. El menu cambia cada temporada, ojala fuera cada semana. El personal es muy atento y servicial. Tienen tambien servicio para llevar si tienes prisa.

Horrible horrible. Extremely hot rooms with broken temperature controls. Moved to three different rooms between fifth and sixth floors. All three rooms were hot and would not cool down, with broken temperature controls. Long blonde hairs in the beds, food inside the pullout sofa bed, closet mirror door broken, no ironing board available in the room, cockroaches all over the parking lot. Room phones not working. Front desk clerk Andrea was very rude and not accommodating. There was no manager on duty. I do not recommend staying here.

Reservé una habitación con una cama king size, (Suite) y cuando hicimos el check in, no tenían disponible y me dan una habitación, de menor precio y supuestamente nos iban a dar la diferencia del costo y todavía estamos esperando. Pésimo servicio.

En general bien a secas, falta servicio de restaurante, las habitaciones no las hacen todos los días y el mobiliario no es de lo mejor, las personas no hablan otro idioma que no sea inglés.
