“This is a big beautiful hotel. I wasn't a fan of the check in process. It seemed to flow normally then I was asked to put my card into the machine without any explanation as to what it was for or how much of a hold would be put on my account. I had to ask before I was told about the $75 hold. Which was not an inconvenience, it was the lack of communication that I didn't like. The bell men had better customer service. The room was nice and clean. The only cons in the room was that the shower door did not close all the way, and there was a very loud sound from the water pump I believe anytime the shower was running. We did really like the atrium view though and the hotel was in a great location.”
