“4 days after 9/11, we traveled to help with the search and rescue of victims during the aftermath. This hotel went out of their way to accommodate myself and 3 colleagues from a southern California fire department. They opened their doors to us while we spent countless hours digging other pile. The staff and service was up and beyond anything we could ever ask for. We were able to stay here for a week and were treated with the utmost care.”
