“You can tell that this was a premium hotel at one time. She’s starting to show her age. The staff is super nice and friendly but over worked and short handed. I truly appreciate them and really enjoyed my stay. The room was very nice. Large and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the drinks are reasonably priced. The water feature is my favorite and the glass elevators are pretty cool too. I hope to come back and I’ll stay again as the price is reasonable. Hope they get more help soon but that’s not a reason not to go there. It’s also safe as no one seemed out of place like some locations near the interstate. 😊”

“The online check in and digital key feature bypassed the need to visit the front desk. The overall process was simple with no need of interaction with the front desk. The digital key is sent to your phone and can be used to unlock the room door. The complimentary breakfast was excellent as well. They offered a cook that can make omelets to order based on request. The cook's name is Kenny, and he made the best omelets that I have had in years and was extremely polite and professional. Subsequent to checking out, an employee of Embassy Suites, Kevin, sent me a text to follow up regarding my visit and to ensure I enjoyed my stay.”
