“You can tell that this was a premium hotel at one time. She’s starting to show her age. The staff is super nice and friendly but over worked and short handed. I truly appreciate them and really enjoyed my stay. The room was very nice. Large and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the drinks are reasonably priced. The water feature is my favorite and the glass elevators are pretty cool too. I hope to come back and I’ll stay again as the price is reasonable. Hope they get more help soon but that’s not a reason not to go there. It’s also safe as no one seemed out of place like some locations near the interstate. 😊”

“Pretty hotel, and the 2-room suite was spacious and clean. Plenty of pillows. Convenient location. Easy parking.
Be advised we don't believe this is a heated pool. It was quite chilly in the morning, and was unavailable the evening before because it closes at 8 p.m.
I've noticed other comments mentioned the hotel was understaffed and shorthanded. Between that and the crowd staying there I'm guessing that accounts for the issues we experienced. We've written a letter to management hoping to make them aware.”
