“The staff was really great. The parking fee is ridiculous (43 bucks). So be prepared to pay up. Also, there wasn’t a refrigerator in the room? I found that odd. But the decor was nice. Clean, upscale. Shuttle that ran-but was not on a convenient schedule. At one point it took 20 min for it to come around. Overall, it was really nice.”

“Breathtaking views of the Nashville skyline are available at the Skye bar on the top floor. The library lounge is also a good place for a quick drink and bite to eat. I was here on a business conference for three nights. The rooms are nice but not overly accommodating. The lack of a mini fridge and microwave really bothered me. Considering it is a four star hotel and you pay $60 per night to park there. The motel 6 by me has mini fridges. Combine that with the outrageously high prices of the items sold at the hotel store and it’s enough to make you scream. I have stayed in three star hotels that were much better as far as convenience for the customer. Good hotel just be ready to rin to the ice machine a few times per day. And don’t expect to have leftovers from that expensive steakhouse to eat the next day. No way to store it..”
