“The staff was really great. The parking fee is ridiculous (43 bucks). So be prepared to pay up. Also, there wasn’t a refrigerator in the room? I found that odd. But the decor was nice. Clean, upscale. Shuttle that ran-but was not on a convenient schedule. At one point it took 20 min for it to come around. Overall, it was really nice.”

“I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand for a work trip. Room was great and I received fantastic customer service. On top of that, after returning home, I realized I could not find a gold necklace in my bag and called the hotel’s Lost and Found. Mariano from the lost and found team immediately went looking for it, found it, and shipped it to me the exact same day!
