It was a really bad experience. I was quoted a price on the phone but when I got to the hotel it was completely different price. I asked for an ocean view but I only received a partial ocean view and I was specifically did I want a whole ocean view or partial. I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour and nothing was resolved. I asked a manager to listen to the phone recording and said he would and would call me back in a hour and never called back.

El hotel estaba bien. Estaba limpio y todas las piscinas eran geniales, mi hijo realmente las disfrutó. Estaba en una excelente ubicación, a poca distancia a pie de muchos hoteles. Our ocean front room was filthy. • The Tub was cracked with mildew in the crack. • the kitchen chairs layered with grime. • the Jets in the tub that you are supposed to bathe in were covered in black bacteria. • the floors were so obviously not properly cleaned • the hallways stunk of what smelled like sticky carpets & layers of dirt. • the Ice machines WERE ALL OUT OF ORDER, even though the front desk lady said they were working.YES, we waisted 30 mins of our morning while on vacation going to every floor looking for Ice. • The pool looked cloudy everyday & it was way too small for the size of the hotel. We paid way too much money and I felt like I was at a Super 8 from 1988. It seems “luxurious” from pictures and afar, but if you pay attention to details like I do, you will see it is not. Details matter.

The hotel was nice. It was clean and the all pools were great my son really enjoyed them. It was in a great location walking distance to a lot of hotels. I loved being on the boardwalk. The only down fall is no coffee except what you could brew in the room wish they had a better option. Good thing a few coffee shops were within walking distance. Also it took forever to get into our room when we checked in. Also beware. Online it talks about the different views with various prices which was confusing. I guess Hilton just recently bought it. I almost didn't get the view I paid for until I said something and had to show them.

We thought we were getting a suite with a ocean view. We were put in the far corner of the hotel and can not see the ocean. This should not be sold as ocean view. All the other balconies are titled and face the ocean. The balcony on the end is not tilted and you can not see the ocean. Front desk would not assist our issue. Ask for manager. None showed until 45 minutes later. Called customer service and got someone on the phone before I could talk to someone at the hotel. Which is very sad. Instead of taking blame and helping customer they just complained how short staff they are which isn’t the problem of the customer and that they could not help me. That’s Hiltons for not staffing their hotel properly. Hilton needs to take a look at suite 1421A and take that off as ocean view. Not to mention you have to deal with airplanes flying right over the hotel all night which makes it rough to sleep. The location is good but the hotel you can tell is in decline and they don’t have the proper staffing to assist customers. I would advise calling and making sure you actually get a view with a ocean and not thrown in the far corner of the hotel as we were.

I booked this reservation quickly because of the Hilton name and read reviews later. I tried to cancel my reservation due to all of the terrible recent reviews but I was unable to cancel without a fee. I went in to this with the mindset that I was likely going to have to eat my money and get another hotel during my stay. I am very picky when it comes to hotels, and yet I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was not ready before 4 but it was very clean when it was ready. The location is fantastic, there are wine openers in the rooms. Balcony that overlooks the ocean. A good kids pool with an outside restaurant to eat/swim. If it wasn’t for the god awful bell hop/unloading your car situation I wouldn’t have any issues.

Great place to stay - very clean, convenient, in a nice area fo town, comfortable beach (not crowded). The adult pool and hot tub area are very nice for us parents of older children. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating and kind to our service dog. Be aware that a second car (even if your condo sleeps 6) is charged a daily parking fee. That was not a welcomed change, but I would still go back in a heartbeat.

I am a diamond member and we were told the day we checked out that we could use the amenities (that I payed for) the entire day, which was wonderful until we went to leave the parking lot and were told that we had to pay. We called the hotel and were greeted with a unwelcoming voice telling us we would have to pay regardless of the fact we were told we could use the parking the rest of the day. The room had a beautiful view apart from the very large and loud balcony below us. The pillows felt like cardboard, there were no hooks in the bathroom, and the ice machine for our floor did not work. very disappointed considering how much we payed to be here.

Highly recommend. You can’t get any closer to the beach than this. My family stayed for 3 nights in June 2021 in an oceanfront 1 bedroom suite. 2 kids, 2 adults. We had plenty of space to spread out in the room (which basically had the layout of a small apartment). The full kitchen and dining room table were definitely useful. One large bathroom to share. The bathroom had a shower/tub combo AND a stall shower right next to it. When we returned from the beach I could bathe the toddler while the 10 year old took a shower at the same time. Super convenient. Lots of fun things to do for the whole family on the resort grounds. The kids never got bored. We walked around the neighborhood and found great spots to eat. There’s a carnival attraction within a very short drive away from the resort that we took the kids to. The boardwalk was great. The resort made relaxing on the beach convenient as they provided lounge chairs and umbrellas. Check in and check out was a breeze. The CONS were that the parking structure was not attached to the resort. 1 adult always had to walk back from (or to) the parking garage while the other managed the kids at the resort. The other con was that we had a BEAUTIFUL view of the ocean from our balcony but could never go out onto the balcony to enjoy it. There were SO MANY mosquitoes and other flying insects perched on the balcony that we couldn’t even open the door for fear that they would enter the room. We asked hotel staff if they could power wash or in some way address it but they said there was nothing they could do. What a waste of a perfectly good balcony.
