“I had an amazing stay at the Waldorf Astoria. They go above and beyond both times I've stayed here, and that's why I'll keep coming back. The rooms are very comfortable, and I love the deep soaking tub and bath salts after a long day walking in the city. Be sure to take advantage of the complimentary butler coffee service each morning through in-room dining. Also, dinner at Margeaux Brasserie was 10/10. If you haven't stayed here before, you're truly missing out.”

“Ir was still lovely, but the experience has gone down a bit. There was no clock in my room, the scale didn't work, and breakfast ended an hour earlier than advertised...forcing me to get room service for breakfast. The front desk agent was great about it and all, but they weren't even aware of the time change for breakfast.”
