“Nice hotel. Good area good prices. Good staff. Rooms are spacious. The pool area is nice and the sitting areas throughout the grounds were a nice touch. We were supposed to get free water daily and free bicycle use, but you get there and they upset it. The showers small and a little glow in the sink. Nothing big so would recommend and stay again.”

“2- No service or cleaning of suite was provided. 3- No one answered the phone. We had to walk to the front desk every time we needed something 4- We made appointments to have the suite cleaned more than once, and were promised it will be done, but they only threw new towels and sheets in the room and did not even wipe the surfaces 5- Their advertising was border-line fraudulent. 6- They advertised free breakfast which turned out to be a muffin and juice, 7- They advertised free shuttle but it was ONLY PROVIDED WHEN it was not full. And it was fully booked many times. We had to take taxis 3 times. 8- The pool area was dirty, and the service was terrible. I will sell all my Marriott holdings and may even short sell the stock. This kind of service is usually a precursor to a company on the verge of collapsing.”
