“Room smelled like urine when we got in. No toilet paper! None! Went to the front desk, attendant was a jerk. Prices for amenities were ridiculous. We checked in on the app and weren’t ever told that we needed to have a parking pass showing on our front dash. The rude attendant gave us one but we would not have known had we not gone down for toilet paper I guess. Final straw was housekeeping knocking on our door at 8:55am to clean the room!! Checkout is at 12:00pm! They showed up again at 10:30am and tapped on the door and then WALKED INTO THE ROOM. I was coming to the door and stopped them but seriously?? This hotel doesn’t have a connection between housekeeping and the front desk to know who has checked out, which is poor management on their part. So many service failures, we will never stay here again.”

“Would not stay here again. We used the Park, Sleep, Fly. Room was nice upon appearance, spacious and had a full kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge. BUT as soon as we turned the faucet on, the water backed up with food from previous guests and disposal did not work. We were told that they had no maintenance person. Bathroom sink was baking up too. The fridge had leftover food from previous person.
We took the shuttle in the morning, there was a man in a dark room in front playing video games while guests were waiting to be assisted. He comes out after 30 minutes and says "oh, lots of people in here!" A man was upset that he had been waiting for so long. The employee was literally playing video games while guests were needing assistance. The female shuttle driver who drove us to the airport was funny and friendly, so that was a plus. Then came the time for pick-up. I called for the shuttle around 3:10 PM, we were travelling with a toddler to make matters more stressful. I was told he would call us upon arrival, but he was already on his way. We stood in the busy area of door 7 at the airport waiting for our shuttle and 4:00 comes and still no shuttle. Again we call and are put on hold for 10 minutes. Told that he should be calling. Then it gets to be 4:15, an hour after calling for a ride and being told he was on the way....our 3 year old was having a meltdown and we decided to call a relative who lives in the cities to pick us up. When the gentleman finally called me I told him how we'd been waiting for a long time and he seemed annoyed, no apology or reason for the delay. So with all of that said, we will never stay at Home 2 Suites in Eagan again. So many better and more reliable options out there...especially if travelling with small ones.”
