Room is super clean and open floor plan, makes it very roomy! Soft sheets! Front desk personnel are ALL polite and friendly!! Location is awesome! The indoor pool is crazy!! All the kids in there are having a blast! We can see the ballpark from our room window, all the cool restaurants, bars and museums are within walking distance! We will definitely come back!!!!💜💜

The Staff ; Courteous and Professional. Did not like paying for parking every 24 hours. . I couldn't tip the staff. My Sister and I stayed 2 nights. The Parking sucks!!! I'll be mailing tips to the housekeeper on 8th floor, the 2 Ladies that host the Dining Area. They were Efficient, Professional with a friendly smile.😊 " Keep up the good work!!!"🤗

We needed a meeting place for my uncles home going service. Bridget , the sales coordinator, was friendly, genuine and accommodating from the first phone call. The day came for the event, and they were super helpful and understanding with everything that we had going on. It was pretty cool to have the Joe Carter room!! Considering it was Joe Carter’s brother that we were celebrating. Bridget and her amazing staff made sure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond for us ..they were superb in every way.

the rooms are clean and nice. But the real draw is the staff. they are all the best. I checked in with Kyle (I'm pretty sure that's his name) and he is very soft spoken but super sweet. we decided to stay an extra day because of a storm. Patrick and Kyle made sure our room was clean and ready by noon so we just had to switch rooms and not pack up our stuff in the car and come back at 3. that night we stayed in a room next to a barking dog, we talked to the front desk, I didn't want to fuss because I love dogs, but they were so nice April, Makayla and Dre got us a new room on the same floor that was nice and quiet and comfortable. 5 stars for all the staff. lovely. :)

Nice, spacious room. Area is perfect….walking distance to many restaurants, bars. Convenience store just outside front door. We picked this for close proximity to Paycom. It was an easy walk. I think it was only 0.5 miles. Highly recommend this hotel.
