“By far the worst hotel I stayed at in SP. Bad service in reception with attitude, it took 3 hours and 5 calls to just get my laundry picked up from my room (and that was on an urgent request), room extremely outdated. I have stayed there twice and gotten the same treatment.”

“The location and the overall service at the hotel was good, but the room, especially the bathroom, feels like a 3 stars budget hotel. It's very worn down, it looks like the maintenance isn't properly done. Apart from what's in the photos, there was a hole in the bed linens and hair in the sink drain.”
