Probably one of best boutique hotel I have stayed in. What a terrific find in a great Madrid location, super cool hotel just close to museums, shopping and great neighborhoods. We have visited this hotel three times over the past 2 months and the experience, every time is better than the previous one. Placed in a vibrant neighborhood, two minutes away from Gran Vía and located inside an awesome classy property, it is like an oasis when we come back from our long journeys walking around Madrid. Excellent service, friendly staff that make us feel welcome everytime. Definitely, it will be a sixth time for us. Great job and keep up the good work and service. 110% satisfied!!

Este hotel é maravilhoso. A felicidade é respirada! Atenção imbatível, localização perfeita, o hotel é lindo e mostra que cuidam de cada detalhe com carinho. A esplanada tem uma vista incrível e na cafetaria criaram um ambiente tão acolhedor que dá vontade de ficar lá para sempre... e que bar de cocktails! Em suma, para repetir sem dúvida.

Este hotel es una maravilla. ¡Se respira felicidad! Atención inmejorable, ubicación perfecta, el hotel es precioso y se nota que cuidan cada detalle con mimo. La terraza tiene unas vistas increíbles y en la cafetería han creado un entorno tan acogedor que apetece quedarse allí para siempre... ¡y qué coctelería! En fin, para repetir sin duda.

Experiência fantástica - serviço excelente, quarto elegante com atenção aos detalhes e localização incomparável! Toda a equipe foi acolhedora e gentil, mesmo antes de recebermos um upgrade inesperado para uma suíte no 4º andar. A vista noturna do bar da cobertura Hemingway é de tirar o fôlego, mas excessivamente barulhenta e lotada para o nosso público. A Casa Suicia no andar de baixo tem comida e ambiente de 5 estrelas. Caminhada fácil até o Museu do Prado e as principais atrações. Kudos especiais para Jasmine de relações com os hóspedes Nós definitivamente voltaremos.

La azotea del hotel es un estupendo lugar para ver las vistas de madrid y tomar algo mientras disfrutas de la panorámica. En verano y días de calor es idóneo para tomar el rico aire y brisas. En fin de semana es imposible. Mejor ir entre semana o los domingos por la tarde noche. Cobran la copa/entrada abajo en la puerta. 12€ este año 2022… en otras azoteas te cobran hasta 5€ (Hotel Riu) y sin tomarte nada, solo por el hecho de tomar el ascensor y disfrutar de las vistas… recomendable

Fantastic location, very accommodating staff. We had a small room, but super comfortable bed, stylishly decorated, cool bathroom with the BEST walk-in shower EVER (hot, high pressure rain shower head + handheld, and quite spacious). Nice DeLonghi pod espresso maker in the room; you can ask for more coffee pods, milk and bottled water for your coffee. Well priced for Madrid (I paid the same for an OK Airbnb). My only complaint would be the carpet when you walk in the front door is stained and tattered, but that's easily fixed so I am not sure why it's like that. And 24 euros each for breakfast is quite high.Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, couldn't beat the location!

Fantastic experience — outstanding service, elegant room with attention to detail, and incomparable location! All staff was welcoming and gracious, even before we received an unexpected upgrade to a 4th floor suite. Nighttime view from the Hemingway rooftop bar is breathtaking, but overly noisy and crowded for our demographic. Casa Suicia downstairs has 5-star food and ambiance though. Easy walk to the Prado Museum and key attractions. Special kudos to Jasmine of guest relations We will definitely return.

Es un hotel maravillosoen pleno centro de Madrid , con un restaurante y terraza donde tomar un brunchdelicioso. El personal super amable .También tienen un servicio de masaje muy recomendable. Mi pareja y yo nos hicimos un masaje en pareja y ha sido toda una experiencia para los sentidos. Nos encanta este hotel.

Particularmente, a experiência de relacionamento com os hóspedes com Yasmin foi a melhor que já experimentei. Um ótimo hotel que reservei parte para trabalho e parte para lazer. Tivemos um quarto superior com vista no 8º andar. Embora um bom quarto, as janelas não são muito à prova de som e tivemos muito barulho da rua abaixo à noite, bem como das obras rodoviárias no início da manhã. A equipe foi ótima.

Destacar la poca amabilidad ,empatia y atención al cliente de la Sta. Tania de recepción . A nuestra llegada nos trato como si fuéramos a salir corriendo sin pagar laestancia. En la salida más de lo mismo. Le pedimos hacer una factura y su soberbia era asombrosa. Soy clienta de NH y en ningún hotel que me he alojado me han tratado como esta señorita. Nada que ver con la amabilidad de todos y cada uno de sus compañeros . Daniel el botones es encantador! Por otro lado decir que el hotel para ser un 5 estrellas deja que desear. Muy viejo y la junior suite que nos alojamos no es nada del otro mundo. El sofá cama fatal para dormir. También mucho ruido en la habitación debido al bar de la terraza.Destacaría la situación del hotel que es genial. No volvería a elegir este hotel si volviera a Madrid

La atención de la Sta. Tania de recepción es inaceptable. Persona poco amable, nada empatica e incluso roza la borderia. A nuestra llegada nos trato como si fuéramos a salir corriendo sin pagar la estancia .A la salida más de lo mismo.Seca y soberbia para hacernos una factura. En ningún momento de los 5 días que hemos estado, nos ha preguntado que tal la estancia. Nada que ver con el resto se sus compañeros que han sido amabilisimossin excepción y Daniel el botones un encanto de persona. El hotel está bien situadopero muy antiguo. La junior suite que ocupamos en la plata 8 era de lo más normal. El sofá cama de lo peor para dormir.Con un ruido espantonso en la habitacion debido al bar de la terraza que te era difícil conciliar el sueño Me parece un precio alto para un 5 estrellas que deja mucho que desear. Habitualmente soy clienta de NH pero este será uno de los hoteles a los que no vuelva.

Hotel que “acepta mascotas”. Letra chica: solo en habitación. Si aceptan mascotas, pueden tranquilamente aceptarlas en todas las zonas por algo se paga el suplente. Hotel 5 estrellas de cadena hotelera internacional, que parece un 3 o 4 estrellas. Personal amable e interesado. Instalaciones sin decoración fuera de lo ordinario. Desayuno poco variado. Para empezar podrían tener zumos naturales por ejemplo, es un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Voy a ser escueto sobre el restaurante, de las habitaciones ni idea, reseñando cosas positivas y las que no son: Positivo: ambiente y música en directo dj, camareros atentos. Negativo: HUID, comida malísima, jamón supuesto de bellota, y puesto en lonchas, pescado sin sabor, una cazuela con almejas flotando en aceite, gambas con langostinos en proporción 1:10, y carne dura,malísima. Vamos, una pena, y tratándose de una boda, un poquito de esfuerzo, y calidad. No entiendo como puede haber tanta gente, o si por comer fuera del menú de boda se come mejor, porque increíble. PENOSO.

A great hotel that I booked part for work and part for leisure. We had a superior room with views on 8th floor. Although a good room the windows aren't very sound proof and we had a lot of noise from the street below in the evening as well as from road works early in the morning. Staff were great.

This hotel was wonderful! The service of the entire staff and the cleanliness of the hotel were superb. Particularly the guest relations experience with Yasmin was the best I have ever experienced. This hotel is worth every dime and I look forward to staying with the NH Hotel group again in the future 😄

Ótimo hotel. Localização, quartos, equipe, tudo foi incrível! Gostaria de agradecer ao Pablo na recepção pelo ótimo serviço. Quando ele soube que era minha última noite na Espanha, ele foi tão generoso em atualizar meu quarto duplo para um superior. Eu tenho a melhor vista da cidade do andar mais alto e o café da manhã estava incluído de graça! Ele também me deu um check-out tardio. Ótimo hotel, ótima localização, ótimo atendimento.Funcionários muito simpáticos, decoração e ambiente agradáveis no hotel, o pequeno almoço era muito bom, adorei a tortilha e as frutas (pão tão assim). Os quartos são bem decorados e a vista era perfeita. Tive um problema com o barulho vindo do telhado, mas a gentileza e o profissionalismo da equipe compensaram, gracias 🙏🏻 O bar speakeasy é um absoluto deve fazer! Recomendo 💯

El personal es absolutamente extraordinario y la zona de restauración es magnífica. Sin embargo, creo que el hotel en sí no es nada del otro mundo. Dormimos en un junior suite y fue imposible conciliar el sueño hasta tarde por el ruido de la terraza. Las habitaciones son bastante básicas. No es una experiencia 5 estrellas, especialmente por el ruido insoportable.

Great hotel, great location, great service.Very friendly staff, nice decoration and atmosphere in the hotel, breakfast was very good, loved the tortilla and the fruits (bread so so). The rooms are well decorated and the view was perfect. Had an issue with the noise coming from the rooftop but the kindness and the professionalism of the staff made it up, gracias 🙏🏻 The speakeasy bar is an absolut must do! Recommend 💯

Great hotel. Location, rooms, staff, everything was amazing! I would like to thank Pablo at the front desk for the great service. When he knew it was my last night in Spain, he was so generous to upgrade my double room to a superior one. I got the best view of the city from the highest floor and breakfast was included for free!
