Costed US$350 for 2 nights. Rooms were huge n classy. Breakfast was great- large selection of buffet. gym n pool were closed due to hurricane Fiona. con- AC in room bathroom was leaking the entire time. Not enough towels in the room for 2 considering the amount of money. Enough employees to help when you arrive. They speak English so hallelujah 💐💐💐💐💐

I have visited only the restaurant. Good service. They speak English what is great. 4* only because it took too long to prepare the food. They have no clue how to prepare steaks... everything was well done even we asked medium rare...

The place was nice and clean. The room was large and very comfortable. The bed was a delight. My only two complains were that the carpet was a little wet by the AC condensation, and that the service although very polite, was a little insistent (was awaken twice by people asking about room cleaning).

This stay was magnificent! From the time I was greeted for check in until check out the staff and services was above par. Everyone is extremely professional, clean and courteous. The interior is to be adored, the buffet has great food choices and the rooms well suited for business and pleasure. When I return to Santo Domingo, this will be my only place to stay. Absolutely beautiful hotel! The reception staff was kind and gracious. The front desk clerk, check in was fast and accurate. The room was spacious and clean. The overall experience was amazing. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Santo Domingo.

Hotel fantástico. Quartos muito grande, café da manhã bom, almoço bom e janta muito boa. Ponto negativo é a localização pra se chegar a um shopping ou comércio necessário pegar Ubber ou metrô. Mas fora isso muito bom!

CREDIT CARD FRAUD! This hotel and chain is unscrupulous, unethical and little more than common thieves! I strongly urge that people think twice before booking with them. I had booked a room at this property for a stay in May a month or so prior to the Covid shut-down and the Canadian border getting shut. I contacted the property and they refused to refund my deposit and sited that I had booked on a room sale so all sales were final. I ended up disputing the charge through Visa and after 2 months got my deposit back ($203 Canadian) in July. Then this property turned around and charged my credit card AGAIN in August for an additional $197 Canadian. This amounts to little more than outright Credit Card Fraud and theft! Be warned this is how they do business!

This hotel is NOT OPEN but is still taking reservations online through booking.com and all other websites. We were never contacted and only found out the hotel is closed due to COVID-19 because the security guard told us the hotel was closed and there are no reservations allowed, but yet we paid in full the week prior.

Everything was perfect. Excellent customer service and the breakfast was great. The room was very clean. The only complaint is the casino's customer service. It was horrible. The ladies treatment was very bad. They are very rude. That is the only reason that I didn't give a 5 start review.

What a Beautiful & Cozy Hotel !! We felt welcome right away by the reception staff.Every single employee at this hotel is well trained and professional. We booked an Executive Room,which granted you access to their " Premium Lounge"(highly recommended for is outstanding service and perks). Great place to stay in Santo Domingo City. Perfect location,just 25 minutes from SDQ airport,easy access to Tourist Places. Big parking lot(both sides of Hotel). Very clean & organized hotel.Landscaping is so relaxing and well maintained especially by the Pool area. They have security staff all around. The Spa has a friendly staff and affordable prices. The Pool is so enjoyable,clean and neat,the environment make you forget you are in the city. Good management makes a big difference,thanks.

Perfectly comfortable and excellent staff. My husband was very sick when we arrived and they arraigned for medicine to be delivered directly to our hotel room door! The beds are comfy and the amenities very practical. Love the shoe polishers everywhere, too!
