“We planned a large group room block for a volleyball event and the hotel forgot to tell us the pool was out of commission. We also asked to rent the conference room and negotiated a rate of $200 v $250, but they would rather take $0 and turned it down, even though we blocked 10 rooms for two nights. There was a very friendly staff member and several not so friendly. Also, the "queen" beds you think you are booking are NOT...they only have doubles or Kings. Good luck. I hope you enjoy your stay more than we did.”

“Pool was closed my entire stay. Was not made aware of this until I got there. That was very disappointing. Otherwise it was an okay stay. Room was nice but it was cold, small refrigerator was not working very well.
Best staff in the breakfast area. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we wanted. She is the reason I would go back.”
