“Room is fine, property clean, staff nice. Main issue is lack of food during breakfast service. When asked, staff commented "it was a busy morning, sorry". Hot offering was totally lacking, pastries were cold (just out of the freezer apparently), no cereal . . . still one hour of service remaining. If they're not going to be able to serve breakfast for the number guests, just don't offer it as an amenity and discount the room price. Three night stay with breakfast issues Friday and Saturday mornings after which this review was first posted. On Sunday, there was food available with about an hour left for service which was OK, but not to the level I have experienced at other properties. Management did reply with an apology and promise to improve which is appreciated.”

“The hotel itself is fine, but the removal of snow from the parking lot was a bit of a joke. The state was warning about the winter storm that was coming but no plow trucks or preparation completed to the roads. There was only one guy on a tiny green tractor trying to plow both hampton and hilton and it took him forever to do.”
