“Pool was closed my entire stay. Was not made aware of this until I got there. That was very disappointing. Otherwise it was an okay stay. Room was nice but it was cold, small refrigerator was not working very well. Best staff in the breakfast area. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we wanted. She is the reason I would go back.”

“Room is fine, property clean, staff nice. Main issue is lack of food during breakfast service. When asked, staff commented "it was a busy morning, sorry". Hot offering was totally lacking, pastries were cold (just out of the freezer apparently), no cereal . . . still one hour of service remaining. If they're not going to be able to serve breakfast for the number guests, just don't offer it as an amenity and discount the room price. Three night stay with breakfast issues Friday and Saturday mornings after which this review was first posted. On Sunday, there was food available with about an hour left for service which was OK, but not to the level I have experienced at other properties. Management did reply with an apology and promise to improve which is appreciated.”
