“Never got housekeeping or even trash collection. Called to ask for toilet paper never received it. Touts having Starbucks in room. Did not. Prices in dining bar area astronomical. Two drinks 40.00. Restaurant not open!”

“Unfortunately our stay was disappointing. We thought Westin hotels were better than this. Two stained bath towels, a white powder on the bathroom floor, and dirty ice tongs. Had contact with two employees regarding this who assured me that the director of operations would contact me when he returned from his two week vacation, but still haven’t heard from him. Our stay was December 16, 2022, and it is now January 9, 2023. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful, the staff was very nice, and the location is great.”
