“Our 1st room (255) had sticky entry door, noisy bathroom fan, hairs in shower and a sink that barely drained. Our 2nd room had no problems, as guests expect. Front desk and breakfast room folks very friendly and helpful. Great location.”

“Christmas Eve night there was a fire drill with the temperature outside being 7 degrees. None of the staff ever came to let us know to re-enter the building. The guests took it upon ourselves to re enter. Christmas morning my husband and I were stranded in the elevator for over 45 minutes. None of the staff ever showed up, didn’t answer any of our calls. We ended up crawling out of the elevator and went to front desk to inform the staff. They had no idea we were stuck in the elevator. Poor customer service, poor communication. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.”
