The location was great we were able to walk to many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the Rum Punch as we entered the hotel. The staff was very helpful. We did have an issue with the AC in our room they came very quickly to address the issues and compensated us.

Es un muy buen hotel ubicado en el mismo viejo San Juan. Muy cerca de todo y con una vista hermosa a la bahía. Un hotel muy cómodo con todos sus pisos alfombrados. Tiene piscina y Gimnasio, además de un bar y restaurante.

The personnel was extremely helpful, the rooms are nice and the location is awesome. Right in Old San Juan very close to a lot of restaurants, cafes and nightlife, all walking distance. Honestly, not a very luxurious place but I wasn’t looking for that so it was perfect for me. Our room was very clean and the staff was very courteous.

Waste of points. The lobby and staff were nice but that’s where it ended. Loud, dirty and run down rooms. Moldy smelling hallways. An upgrade to a “balcony” room was a joke as you can’t even fit on the balcony. The headboard leather was torn. There was mold on the carpet by the balcony. There was a layer of dust on the bathroom shelves. Super disappointing and a total waste of my BonVOY points. We would have changed hotels but only stayed one night prior to departure from the airport.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. This site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in the area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down. Great location. Everything you need was within a 10 minute walk or less. Beach was 15 minute drive.

La ubicación es excelente para disfrutar el viejo San Juan. Las habitaciones, por lo menos la que contratamos, no tienen refrigerador, lo cual no es aceptable para el servicio que se espera. El personal del hall muy amable y cordial.

Antes de llegar al hotel verifiqué las reseñas. Realmente subestimé el hotel.. Pero superó mis expectativas! La suite vista al mar espectacular. La hospitalidad sensacional. Desayuno, comidas wowwwww!! Lo mejor de todo que la localización es extraordinaria.Mi esposa y yo queremos volver.. Belllooooooo

El hotel está ubicado en un lugar céntrico frente a la bajío, los cuartos cómodos pero no tenía ni microondas ni nevera, el servicio muy atento y excelente, el restaurante yel desayuno muy variado y delicioso, la piscina es pequeña pero tiene una hermosa vista, tiene gimnasio bastante completo.

No lo recomiendo las habitaciones oscuras las lámpara no funcionan las lamparas de baño sueltas o rotas tampoco me incluyeron el parkin lo tuve que pagar aparte 18 dolares la noche por 3 noches en resumen un Motel es más lindo y lujoso por dentro lo único bueno es la ubicación lo demás es un Hotel super barato con precios de 5 estrellas muycaro

My wife and I stayed here about 3 weeks ago and I have to say it’s a nice build in a great location. But we were not aware that there would be construction going on. It was really upsetting when we got woken up at 9 after a long night. It was drilling and concrete wall cutting non stop.The manager seems unconcerned about our discomfort and didn’t offer any accommodations or discount.If you want to stay someone in old San Juan and enjoy your sleep don’t stay here. The construction is going to go on for months according to the manager.

The hotel feels a bit rundown. The gym was pretty dirty and there were no cleaning supplies around to clean up the equipment as it was being used. We were told we would have a king sized bed. It was a queen 😢. The hotel is in an amazing location though, with great views over the water.

This is a great place to be! Stunning view of cruise ships stopping by in the San Juan Port Terminal or exiting San Juan bay. The hotel is near restaurants, bars, cafes, beaches, shopping and Puerto Rico historic sites. Room was neat clean and service was excellent. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Room was so cold. I constantly had goosebumps. Had to sleep in clothes and a hoody. I called maintenance and they were very prompt, they tried to fix it but couldn't. He changed settings on the panel and told me to keep it as he left it and it would warm up but unfortunately it didn't. Hotel is dated and in need of renovations. Staff were however very helpful and friendly. Location was great lots to do and see just a short walk away.

The location was awesome. The power went out twice during our stay. My card was charged additional charges without my knowledge or consent. I called the hotel and the front desk said the charges should have been discussed with me at check in and check out. This did not occur.
