Camareira não limpou o quarto todos os dias.

O hotel não fica localizado na Strip, por isso, oferece o serviço de traslado a cada meia hora.Estávamos em um grupo de 12 pessoas, e, ao chegar no hotel, no momento do check in, foi nos informado que a cada meia hora teria o traslado para a Strip. Logo no primeiro dia, o motorista do traslado Daniel, não nos atendeu bem, pois teve que realizar duas viagens para levar todo o pessoal, já que o veículo suporta somente 11 pessoas. No segundo dia, fomos pegar o traslado das 8h30 e, logo que Daniel nos viu fez uma expressão de aborrecimento, e disse que levaria somente os que coubessem no veículo, e os demais ficariam para trás e não voltaria para pegar, pois tinha que ir jantar. Questionei se não teria o traslado das 8h30 e ele disse que não pois tinha que jantar. Então dissemos que ninguém iria, deixando os demais para trás, e, irritado, bateu a porta do veículo e foi embora. Decepcionados com essa atitude, conversamos com o atendente Phil, que sempre foi muito atencioso e gentil conosco, que nos falou que Daniel iria levar todos sim, e, se não fizesse, ele mesmo levaria. Daniel chegou ao Hotel, então Phil pediu que nos levasse, e ele disse que não levaria, e jogou a chave na mesa. Então Phil teve que pedir para outra pessoa, que acredito que nem era motorista, nos levar. No outro dia relatamos o ocorrido ao gerente do Hotel. Enfim, um episódio desse acaba estragando as férias das pessoas. Se o hotel oferece esse serviço, tem que contratar pessoas preparadas que saibam lidar com o público. Inadmissível a rede Hilton, ter funcionários desse tipo. Enfim, tirando o motorista Daniel, o restante do pessoal que trabalha no Hotel é ótimo, e as instalações são novas. Infelizmente, você vai precisar do serviço de traslado, e depender da boa vontade do motorista Daniel, pois é difícil o acesso a pé ao Hotel.

Nice comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Could hear traffic sounds all night long, not bad but made sleeping soundly difficult at times. Still would recommend it to my friends and family.

Muito limpo, bom hotel. Os quartos são espaçosos e com mobiliário atraente. A equipe foi amigável. Algumas questões menores... uma melhor iluminação no quarto seria bom, talvez para cada cama? O café da manhã era decente, não ótimo, mas já tive pior. Não gostei que parte dele fosse removido às 9h57 quando entrei para o café da manhã, que deveria estar fora até as 10h.Meu principal problema - os colchões ficam em algum tipo de caixa de metal. Toda vez que eu me movia na minha cama, ouvia sons de metal rangendo. Como metal contra metal. Super alto. Tentei não acordar minha filha porque estávamos lá para o torneio de futebol dela, então tive que me virar com muito cuidado enquanto dormia - o que não serviu para um bom descanso! Nunca ouvi uma cama assim.

Very clean, nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and with attractive furnishings. Staff was friendly. Some minor issues…better overhead lighting in the bedroom would be nice, perhaps for each bed? Breakfast was decent, not great but I’ve had worse. I didn’t like that some of it was removed by 9:57 when I went in for breakfast which was supposed to be out until 10:00. My main issue - the mattresses sit on some sort of metal box. Every single time I would move in my bed, I would hear metal grinding sounds. Like metal on metal. Super loud. I tried not to wake up my daughter as we were there for her soccer tournament, so I had to turn over super carefully while I was sleeping - which did not make for a good rest! I’ve never heard a bed quite like that.

No geral, recomendo o hotel, principalmente pela localização e preço.

Everything you need. The entire area is new construction. Property is new and they are taking care of it. Good staff. Very cozy comfortable rooms especially for being so close to the strip. You really can shut off everything with the room and amenities. Love this place.

We checked in and immediately checked the room for bed bugs, because that’s what we do at all hotels from past bad experiences. We found so much junk underneath including a pair of nasty panties. I immediately called the front desk to let them know and they sent a housekeeper to remove them. Our rental car was hit in the parking garage. They only have cameras on the first floor and suggested maybe I park there from now on. I stayed here from December 4-7 and I just received a charge to my card for “unpaid taxes.” I called an spoke with a manager named, Miguel about the charges and he said, “ he can charge what he wants and when he wants!” Beware of this hotel andmanagement!!

Very nice for an off strip resort, and much cheaper too! Great views of City Center! Great rooms, your right next to the strip. Great attentive staff, personalized service, (they dont have 5,000 rooms) and its reflected in their quick, friendly service. Peaceful in a busy 24 hour city!

Um quarteirão atrás da Strip. Lugar limpo e tranquilo se você não quer todo o barulho do cassino. Os quartos são limpos e você tem uma mini cozinha. Café da manhã grátis. Os atendentes do café da manhã são ótimos e muito atenciosos!

Nós vamos ficar aqui novamente, devemos alguma vez acabar em Las Vegas. A equipe foi excelente e tratou a todos com respeito. Mesmo com os desafios da COVID, eles fizeram questão de tentar ter tudo estocado para o café da manhã, e fizeram nossa família se sentir confortável sabendo da quantidade de cuidado que estavam tomando para garantir que tudo estivesse seguro e limpo.

We will be staying here again should we ever end back up in Vegas. The staff were great,and treated everyone with respect.Even with the challenges of COVID, they made sure to try and have everything stocked for breakfast, and made our family feel comfortable knowing the amount of caution they were taking to ensure everything was safe and clean.

A block behind the strip. Clean and quiet place if you don't want all the casino noise. The rooms are clean and you have a mini kitchen. Free breakfast. The breakfast attendants are awesome and very attentive!

We reserved the 2 bedroom suite, which was fantastic especially since my mom fell on the strip and broke her wrist and needed assistance. The bad part was the abundance of noise coming from the room above us. We came to go to shows and getting back at 11pm and not settling in till 12-1 am the people above us was stomping daily at 5:30am, so basically we only got 4 hours a night of sleep. Nothing was done to solve the issue. We stayed at another Hilton 2 years ago that was much better and way more sound proof...but wanted a 2 bed suite I wish hotels thought more about diabetic customers. No sugar free items were offered especially sugar free syrup for waffles. Thankfully leftovers came in handy! I will say Dre is the kindest in the breakfast area. He made sure my mom had her decaf coffee daily. Also Donovan was so kind, friendly and chatted with us nightly. Location was nice but unfortunately I don't think I would come back here. I can get more rest at home....and yes that's coming from a former Hilton worker.

Hermoso hotel

Really enjoyed my stay. My cousin and I were there for the whole week and the staff was very helpful to my accomedations and even did their best to get us a room with a good view. The included Breakfast and evening social dinner is a nice bonus because it saves alot of money alone. Shares the parking ramp with the other Hilton and that has a bar so it's a good location. Pool was very nice and refreshing. Had an In-N-Out right down the street too so it's good place to grab a bite after a long day of tourism and site seeing. Easy drive to get in and get out the Strip too and out of Vegas entirely. Just be sure to tip housekeepers some money and be kind to the employee's they work very hard to run the hotel and most certainly deserve to be paid well (looking at you Hilton CEO, better paid employee's,happier employee's, and more effective work enviroment). Will definitely be booking it again next time I visit Vegas. Affordability and Location matter when visiting Vegas and this place did well on both, as well as no bogus resort fee's unlike the other Resorts in LV.

Hotel staff has been awesome, very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and on top of every request needed. I've been away from home for 2 months and they've made it much much easier. Thank you!

Had a nice clean spacious room. Very close the strip. Hotel staff was great. I definitely would stay here again and would recommend it. I stayed by myself, but would have my family stay here also next time. I will try to get the same room next time.

I reserved a 2 bedroom queen suite and they gave me a one bed regular room. They say the breakfast area is closed, which I understand, and that they have bagged breakfast. You get a granola bar and apple. Wow, how cheap have they gone at this hotel. Ive stayed here many times and even during this pandemic and they at least provided more. I went to complain about the wrong room and the employee was basically helpless. He stated I have to wait and speak to the manager who does not arrive until mid- day. I'm here to work and not going to hang out until a manager arrives. They need to allow employees to fix problems without waiting for a manager and probably sleeps half the day and arrives at noon. This hotel seems more like a Motel 6 than a Hilton. Very disappointing....

Muy bueno. Personal muy atento habitación muy cómoda con cocina y heladera. Desayuno básico parking gratis y a 30 minutos a pie de Las Vegas boulevard.

Hotel could not honor our reservation; they were overbook for the dates we had reserved. What do they do to make it up? A few token calls around town to see if they can find us another hotel to stay at. After an hour of this, they had made no progress. It is not very late at night and the family was falling asleep in their lobby. Did they care? No they didn't. I had to take matters into my own hands and find a place to stay; which I was able to do with 3 phone calls. They new lodging ended up costing more that the original reservation at the Homewood would had cost. I sent an invoice to the hotel for the difference. They denied my claim stating that the new reservation I did on my own and that they were nice enough not to charge me for my reservation. How would they even consider charging me for a service they were not able to provide? And I would not had to make my own reservation if they were any good at dealing with overbooking issues. If you plan to stay here, check in early..... If they are overbooked, you will be on your own. They don't care..... My advice, stay somewhere else.

Este hotel está cercas de los casinos grandes como New York New York. My habitación estaba limpia y me dejaron entrar a mi cuarto temprano. Tienen 3 cargadores para Tesla y es por eso que me quedé en este hotel. Si buscan un hotel que está tranquilo y cercas de Los casinos grandes quedense aquí.
